We manage the entire operational process of your HRDC claimable training engagements — from registration and documentation to claims submission and payment follow-up — so you can focus entirely on training delivery.
What does TSS cover?

TSS covers the full cycle of a training engagement, including HRDC e-TRiS registration, quotation issuance to clients, grant application coordination, attendance list and T3 form preparation, post-training invoice issuance, JD14 and claims submission to HRD Corp, and payment follow-up. A full scope of services will be outlined in your Sales Order.

Will TrainingSME deal directly with my client?

Yes, as part of the TSS process, TrainingSME will issue quotations and coordinate grant applications directly with your client in order to provide full support. We will inform you if your client is someone we have previously worked with - our aim is to support trainers for the long run, so you may rest assured.
